Through the project, the Getty team will work with personnel from the Department of Archaeology and National Museum to enhance their recording, documentation, and information management procedures and capabilities in the areas of:
Information management, security, and access
Inventory and mapping
Assessment and recording protocols
Training and equipment
The aim is to improve standards of documentation, consistency of data collection, and access to and archiving of information at Bagan.
