Note: Method of ionizing samples for use in mass spectrometry allowing the analysis of fragile biomolecules and organic molecules which fragment when ionized by other methods. Dutch ..... Een methode om monsters te ioniseren zodat ze in de massaspectrometrie gebruikt kunnen worden. Deze methode is ook de analyse mogelijk van fragiele biomoleculen en organische moleculen, die bij het gebruik van andere technieken fragmenteren. Het te analyseren monster wordt geprepareerd in of op een organische matrix bovenop een oppervlak, dat vervolgens met laserfotonen bestraald wordt, waardoor het monster loskomt van het oppervlak en voor analyse geïoniseerd wordt. |
