Pioneering classicist Mary Beard explores the magnificence of such triumphal processions and the questions they raise about the glorification of military might.

Talented musicians from this renowned Dutch ensemble create string fireworks in a chamber concert that illuminates the sound and style of music in Holland in the early 1700s.
