Croesus Interviews Solon (Greek narrative)

Note: Narrative by Herodotus of the fictitious meeting of wealthy King of Lydia, Croesus with the Athenian lawgiver Solon. Solon was said to have lectured his host on how good fortune, not wealth, was the basis of happiness.
