Tumatauenga (Maori deity)

Note: Maori god of war, son of the primordial parent earth and sky. He was one of the sons of Ranginui (sky father) and Papatuanuku (earth mother). In art,Tumatauenga may be depicted with large eyes (that see all) and a row of fierce teeth (that can devour the world).
