Wooldridge Monuments (funerary sculpture; Henry G. Wooldridge (American farmer and patron, 1822-1899); ca. 1890-1899; Mayfield (Graves, Kentucky, United States, North and Central...)
Note: Commissioned by Henry G. Wooldridge (1822-1899) as a funerary monument to himself and his family. 14 stone figures comprise the site, consisting of Wooldridge on his horse, Fop; his mother; his two great-nieces; each of his siblings; and three animal figurines. All figures wear period late Victorian clothing, even though some of the individuals they represent died twenty to thirty years prior. Only Wooldridge is interred here.
