Dutch ..... Weefsel voorzien van opgeschilderde motieven in ijzerhoudende modder. De doek wordt eerst voorbehandeld met plantenextrakten, daarna een- of meermaals beschilderd, gedroogd en gewassen. De modder geeft zwarte motieven op witte, gele of roestbruine grond. Vooral toegepast in Mali en Opper-Volta. |
