Dutch ..... Een wrijfschaal is een Romeinse aardewerken kom waarin kwartskorrels in de bodem zijn meegebakken. Daardoor kreeg de binnenkant een ruw oppervlak, waarop kruiden konden worden fijngewreven. Een wrijfschaal is te vergelijken met een vijzel echter wrijfschalen hebben ook altijd een schenktuit. |
