Dutch ..... Zeer lange metalen, op trompetten lijkende, blaasinstrumenten met conische boring en gemaakt in twee delen. Oorspronkelijk ontwikkeld in West Afrika en bespeeld in ceremoniële muziek, meestal geassocieerd met koningen en emirs. |
German ..... Außergewöhnlich langes, trompetenähnliches Aerofon aus Metall in Westafrika, mit konischer Röhre, die in zwei Teile zerlegbar ist; eingesetzt in zeremonieller Musik und gewöhnlich mit Königen und Emiren in Verbindung gebracht. |
Spanish ..... Aerófonos metálicos de Africa Occidental, excepcionalmente largos, similares a trompas, de diámetro interior cónico y compuestos de dos secciones, usados en la música ceremonial y generalmente asociados a reyes y emires. |
