Dutch ..... Stalen wapenuitrusting om de ellebogen te beschermen, en die werden vastgemaakt aan de bovenste en onderste armpijpen van de linker- en rechterarmharnassen. Wat in de 14e eeuw begon als één ongelede, gebogen plaat, ontwikkelde zich tot een stel beweegbare, losjes aan elkaar geklonken harnasplaatjes, die in gebruik bleven tot halverwege de 17e eeuw. |

Spanish ..... Sistema de platear la armadura para proteger los empalmes del codo, unidos por los tornillos entre los las partes superiores y más bajos. Originalmente era una pieza inarticulada, pero en el siglo XIV se desarrolló en un sistema del móvil. Este funciono hasta mediados del siglo XVII. |
