Dutch ..... Kleine regionale of inheemse Latijns-Amerikaanse tassen, op een getouw geweven, om cocabladeren en andere kruiden in te doen. Ze worden soms ook ceremonieel gebruikt.
|
Spanish ..... Bolsa pequeña tejida a telar de uso ritual para contener hojas de coca y otras yerbas. Se usa cruzada sobre el cuerpo, en bandolera o colgada del cuello. En su confección se utilizan hilados teñidos de diversos colores, los que decoran la superficie de las bolsas. Los colores y los diseños provocados cambian según la época a la que corresponden. Durante la influencia Tiwanaku los colores predominantes son gamas de azules, verdes y ocres; en la época de los Desarrollos Regionales, los colores principales son burdeo, tonalidades de rojo oscuro y blanco natural. Finalmente en la época de la influencia Inca los colores usados se orientan a las tonalidades anaranjadas, amarillas y rojas, conjuntamente con los colores naturales. Las posteriores chuspas incas presentan correas tejidas en faz de trama. Usadas también para llevar la coca y el azúcar que consumen a diario las personas ancianas en comunidades aymaras. |
