Note: Biomes that go through four season: leaves change color in autumn, fall off in the winter, and grow back in the spring; this adaptation allows plants to survive cold winters. Dutch ..... Biomen die vier seizoenen doormaken: in de herfst veranderen de bladeren van kleur, in de winter vallen ze van de boom, en in de lente groeien ze terug. Deze adaptatie stelt planten in staat om koude winters te overleven. De temperaturen liggen tussen de -30 en 30 graden Celsius en de neerslag is 750 tot 1500 mm per jaar. De vegetatie in deze biomen bestaat uit onder andere loofbomen, struiken, vaste kruiden en mossen. |
