Dutch ..... Een instrument dat in de radioastronomie wordt gebruikt om radiogolven uit de ruimte op te vangen en vast te leggen die een golflengte hebben tussen ongeveer 30 megahertz en 300 gigahertz. De belangrijkste onderdelen van een radiotelescoop zijn een grote, concave metalen schotel die als gerichte antenne dienst doet en radiogolven opvangt en doet convergeren, een ontvanger en apparatuur waarmee de signalen worden vastgelegd. |
