Dutch ..... Verwijst in de egyptologie naar bepleisterde lagen linnen of papyrus die op elkaar werden gedrukt en gelijmd. Het werd in oude Egyptische ateliers gebruikt om mummiemaskers en kisten te maken, waarbij men het natte materiaal nauw sluitend aanbracht om het hele omzwachtelde en gebalsemde lichaam, of een gedeelte daarvan. |
