Het motief werd gebruikt als vorm voor handvatten en tuiten van keramische theepotten en ander vaatwerk, meestal bij Engels aardewerk, in het bijzonder dat van de aardewerkfabrieken van Staffordshire, Leeds, Liverpool en Derby. |
Spanish ..... Crabstock se refiere al nombre para asas y picos de teteras y otros recipientes de cerámica, hechos a semejanza de las ramas nudosas y retorcidas del manzano silvetre jóven. Fue utilizado sobre todo en las mercadería inglesa y especialmente sen aquellas locerías fabricadas por Staffordshire, Leeds, Liverpool, y el Derby potteries. |
