Note: Style of textiles, particularly floor coverings, from the Farahan district, northeast of Arak in western Iran, produced in the 19th or early 20th century. Ferahan rugs are prized for sturdy construction and design, most having a dark blue ground showing an endless repeat of the herati design, in which a diamond lattice peeps through a tangle of blossoms and leaves. |

Chinese (traditional) ..... 一種織品風格,尤指鋪地物。此類織品是在西元十九世紀或二十世紀初期,於法拉罕地區(位於伊朗西部的阿拉克(Arak)東北方)所製作而成。法拉罕地毯因其結構與設計樸實耐用而備受重視,大部分地毯的底色為深藍色,上面不斷重複著赫拉特圖案。赫拉特圖案當中包含了一個菱形的格狀圖樣,從花卉以及葉叢交錯處隱約顯露出來。 |
