Note: Mouth organs of China having a bowl-shaped windchest of wood or metal with a short blowpipe extending out from the side, and bamboo pipes of varying lengths, usually 17 in number, arranged in an incomplete circle and mounted through holes in the top of the windchest. A free-beating reed of copper or an alloy is attached at the bottom of each pipe within the windchest.

Additional Notes:
Dutch ..... Mondorgels met een komvormige houten of metalen windkamer, een korte blaaspijp die aan de zijkant uitsteekt en meestal zeventien, in lengte variërende, bamboe pijpen, die in een onvolledige cirkel zijn gerangschikt en aan elkaar bevestigd via gaten bovenin de windkamer. Binnenin de windkamer is onderaan iedere pijp een vrijslaand riet van koper of een metaallegering bevestigd; vervaardigd en bespeeld in China. 
German ..... Mundorgel aus China mit einer schüsselförmigen Windkammer aus Holz oder Metall und einem kurzen Blasrohr an der Seite sowie gewöhnlich 17 Bambuspfeifen in verschiedenen Längen, die in einem offenen Kreis angeordnet und durch Löcher an der Spitze der Windkammer befestigt sind. Eine durchschlagende Zunge aus Kupfer oder einer Metalllegierung ist am Boden jeder Pfeife in der Windkammer angebracht. 
Spanish ..... Organos chinos de boca que tienen una caja de aire en forma de bol de madera o metal con un tubo corto para soplar proyectándose desde el lado, y tubos de bambú de diferentes largos, generalmente en número de 17, ordenados en un círculo incompleto y montados a través de orificios en la parte de arriba de la caja de aire. Una lengüeta vibrante de cobre o de una aleación se fija en el extremo inferior de cada tubo dentro de la caja.
