Dutch ..... Blokxylofoons, bestaande uit 17 (voorheen 22) toetsen rustend op twee boomstammen en op hun plaats gehouden door twee kragen die uit de onderkant van de toetsen zijn gesneden; oorspronkelijk ontwikkeld en bespeeld door de Ganda in Oeganda. |
German ..... Xylofon der Ganda aus Uganda, das aus 17 (früher 22) Klangplatten aus Holz besteht, die auf zwei Holmen aus Bananenstämmen ruhen und von zwei Stäben auf der Unterseite der Stämme in Position gehalten werden. Bis zu sechs Spieler können das Instrument spielen; traditionell ist es mit Königshäusern verbunden. |
