Additional Notes: |

Dutch ..... Lang steekmessen, hetzij van Turkse, hetzij van Bosnische origine, met een dubbel gebogen kling (d.w.z. met twee tegengestelde krommingen), over de gehele lengte tot bijna aan de punt van gelijke breedte, en met een gevest zonder pareerinrichting. De rechte greep bestaat uit twee greepplaten die aan de brede angel zijn vastgeklonken. Het boveneind van de greep heeft twee uitsteeksels die de kop van het gevest van links of rechts gezien het uiterlijk van twee gespreide vleugels geven. De houten schede is bekleed met leer, textiel of dun metaal, vaak zilver. |
