Note: Architectural glass introduced in the early 20th century used for interior and exterior wall surfaces. Products included glass building blocks, reinforced plate glass, and pigmented structural glass known under such trade names as Carrara Glass, Sani Onyx (or Rox), and Vitrolite. Structural glass was a popular building material of the Art Deco period, and is no longer manufactured. |

Dutch ..... Glas voor architectuurtoepassingen dat in het begin van de 20e eeuw is ontwikkeld voor oppervlakken van binnen- en buitenmuren. Er werden glazen bouwblokken, platen van gewapend glas en gepigmenteerd glas van gemaakt onder handelsnamen als Carrara Glass, Sani Onyx (of Rox) en Vitrolite. Het was een populair bouwmateriaal in de tijd van de art deco. Tegenwoordig wordt het niet meer gemaakt. |
