|
Note: Strong cloth woven in a variety of patterns, in common use for bedding and lining for clothing from the 17th to the 19th century. Prior to the 17th century it was made of worsted, then pure cotton or mixes of cotton and linen became common; today generally a cotton twill with a short nap. |

Chinese (traditional) ..... 織成各種圖案的強韌布料,從十七到十九世紀,一般用於寢具與衣物襯裡。十七世紀前,棉亞麻混紡粗布以精紡布製成,後來則普遍以純棉或棉麻混合物製成。目前則一般以棉和短絨斜織而成。 |
Dutch ..... Stevige stof geweven in uiteenlopende patronen; het werd van de 17e tot de 19e eeuw algemeen gebruikt voor beddengoed en voeringstof voor kleding. Vóór de 17e eeuw werd het gemaakt van kamgaren en daarna van zuivere katoen of van mengsels van katoen en linnen. Tegenwoordig is het meestal een katoenen keper met een korte vleug. |
Spanish ..... Tela sólida tejida en diferentes diseños utilizada comúnmente para camas y forros de ropa desde el siglo XVII al siglo XIX. Antes del siglo XVII estaba hecha de lana peinada, pero después se hizo común el algodón o mezclas de algodón y lino. Hoy en día en general una sarga de algodón con un pelo corto.
