Note: Refers to the style of folk painting that developed in Okiwake from the Kan'ei era (1624-44). Popular with pilgrims to the nearby temple of Midera and other travellers, the style is characterized by works drawn in ink and plain colors, often illustrating popular folk tales or common religious beliefs. During the Meiji period (1868-1912), their quality declined and production dwindled.

| Chinese (traditional) ..... 用指發展於寬永時代（西元1624年至1644年）追分的民間繪畫風格，極受附近三井寺（temple of Midera）的香客與其他旅客歡迎。特色是以墨與素色作畫，繪畫題材通常是受歡迎的民間故事或一般的宗教信仰。明治時期（西元1868年至1912年）期間，大津繪的品質下降，畫作數目也逐漸減少。

| Dutch ..... Verwijst naar de stijl van volksschilderkunst die tot ontwikkeling kwam in Okiwake vanaf het Kan'ei-tijdperk (1624-44). Deze stijl was geliefd bij pelgrims naar de naburige tempel van Midera en andere reizigers, en wordt gekenmerkt door werken in inkt en eenvoudige kleuren, waarin vaak populaire volksverhalen of religieuze taferelen werden uitgebeeld. Gedurende de Meiji-periode (1868-1912) ging de kwaliteit van deze schilderijen achteruit en nam het aantal af. |
