| Dutch ..... Verwijst naar de periode en stijl in de kunst, vooral sculptuur en architectuur, die samenviel met de heerschappij van Trajanus, van 98 tot 117. In de architectuur kenmerkt de stijl zich door de constructie van grote, overvloedige openbare bouwwerken, axiaal aangelegd op dezelfde wijze als Egyptische tempels.
