Note: Refers to the Italian style of pottery produced in the region of Abruzzo in the 17th and 18th centuries. Initially derivative of istoriato ware, the style developed local character with the use of naturalistic colors such as olive green, brown, and yellow, and religious, mythological, and landscape themes based on the work of Baroque artists. |

Dutch ..... Verwijst naar de Italiaanse aardewerkstijl die in de 17de en 18de eeuw werd geproduceerd in de regio Abruzzo. De stijl is oorspronkelijk afgeleid van het istoriato, maar ontwikkelde een lokaal karakter door het gebruik van natuurlijke kleuren zoals olijfgroen, bruin en geel en religieuze, mythologische en landschappelijke thema's gebaseerd op het werk van barokkunstenaars. |
Spanish ..... Se refiere a un estilo de cerámica italiana producido en la región de Abruzzo en los siglos XVII y XVIII. Inicialmente derivado de la cerámica isoriato, el estilo desarrolló un carácter local con el uso de colores naturalistas como verde aceituna, café amarillo, y temas religiosos, mitológicos, y de paisaje basados en las obras de los artistas Barrocos. |
