Dutch ..... Stijf, taai hout van de soort Nyssa sylvatica, groeit van New Hampshire tot Texas in de Verenigde Staten. Het is moeilijk te splijten. Wit tot geelachtig van kleur, wordt gebruikt voor hamers, meubels, flessen, pallets, manden, dozen, fineer, vaten, en brandhout. |
Spanish ..... Madera del árbol perteneciente a la especie Nyssa sylvatica, que se encuentra desde New Hampshire hasta Tejas, en Estados Unidos. Los embarques de nisa generalmente se mezclan, pero la madera de nisa es blanca grisácea y se utiliza en la fabricación de mazos, muebles y cajas de botellas. |
