Masks and the Delta Variant

We have received questions about the Delta variant of the COVID-19 virus, responsible for some recent infections in California. Getty continues to follow Los Angeles County Health Department and Cal/OSHA regulations. It is optional for both employees and visitors to wear masks in outdoor spaces. Wearing masks in indoor public spaces is required for both staff and visitors. Vaccinated employees may remove their masks in non-public indoor spaces. Unvaccinated employees, or employees who choose not to provide proof of vaccination, must continue to wear masks indoors.
Anyone may choose to wear a mask, even if they are fully vaccinated. If you are more comfortable wearing your mask, please feel free to do so.
The COVID-19 vaccines are effective against the Delta variant, and we encourage everyone who is eligible to get vaccinated. As a reminder, both testing and vaccine verification are available on a drop-in basis at all Getty sites. Attached is the July test and vaccine verification schedule.
