WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Lunch and Learn with HR

In response to questions that have been raised by some of Getty’s DEI Task Forces and staff from around Getty, Nancy Gibson and Cathy Pericone will be holding open lunch-and-learn sessions on Zoom, beginning in early 2021. Each session will focus on a topic and cover such things as how employees may file a complaint/concern, and what happens next; how HR partners with departments regarding raises and promotions; and HR’s role in recruiting efforts across Getty to meet our diversity goals. Look for information about these sometime in January.

Questions About Vaccines?

COVID-19 Vaccines have begun to be available in California. For more information about the roll-out, visit the CDC or COVID-19ca.gov. Here is an excellent piece from our neighbors at UCLA Health that helps to correct vaccine misinformation.

What if You Forget Your Password Over the Break?

Have you set up your forgotten password security answers yet? Getty Digital has enabled a Forgotten Password link on the login page of Getty OneConnect. If you set up your answers now, you’ll be ready in case you ever forget your password. With a simple click, you can provide a few answers, and reset the password. Take a moment, follow the attached steps, and make forgotten password hassles a thing of the past. And remember, you can now change your password using Self Service Password Reset in OneConnect on your Getty PC, Getty Mac, or personal computer.

Library Reminder

The Library’s open stacks on the GRI’s Plaza, L2, and L3 levels are not available for browsing or self-service checkout at this time. The only way to obtain Library books is through the monthly Curbside Delivery Service provided by Library Circulation. Questions? Contact Library Circulation at centercirc@getty.edu.
