Going to work at 5:30 P.M. Cleaning offices, halls, toilets, and returning home at 2:30 A.M. At home with three grandchildren and adopted daughter she supports on salary of 1,080 dollars per year (minus war bond and other deductions). Neighborhood stores. Attending service at St. Martin's spiritual church during special ceremonies.
