Talitha Maria G. Schepers
Bio
Talitha is the newly appointed Stanley H. Durwood Curatorial Fellow in Dutch drawings at the Harvard Art Museums. She obtained her PhD in art history at The Courtauld Institute of Art (London, 2022) and completed a Kress postdoctoral fellowship on the digital art history project Visualizing Textile Circulation in the Dutch Global Market, 1602–1795. As the 2019–20 graduate intern in the Department of Drawings at the J. Paul Getty Museum, Talitha delved into the world of 17th-century Dutch female nudes by closely examining Ferdinand Bol’s Reclining Female Nude Seen from Behind.
