Wu Man

Wu Man's performance transcends musical genres and takes you on a journey through the centuries. Cited as the artist most responsible for bringing the pipa to the Western world, she has performed with the New York Philharmonic, the Boston Symphony Orchestra, and the Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra, among others. She is a Grammy-nominated artist who has collaborated with distinguished musicians such as David Zinman, Yuri Bashmet, and Cho-Liang Lin, and she is a principal member of Yo-Yo Ma's Silk Road Ensemble. Her recent solo album is titled Immeasurable Light.

Curators will give tours of the exhibition before and after each concert. Tour times are: 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., and 4:30 p.m.
