About

Goal

Preserve L.A. strengthened the practice of architectural heritage conservation in Los Angeles County by supporting the preservation of a wide variety of buildings and sites that are historically, culturally, and architecturally significant.

Outcomes

  • Conservation plans for important buildings in L.A. County, including the Gamble House in Pasadena, the Wilshire Boulevard Temple, the Far East Building in Little Tokyo, the Lopez Adobe in San Fernando, and the Second Baptist Church in South Los Angeles

Background
