Step into a unique and immersive five-channel video installation by celebrated German filmmaker Werner Herzog that is both intimate and epic. Originally commissioned for the 2012 Whitney Biennial, this richly layered work juxtaposes enigmatic vistas of early-17th-century Dutch artist Hercules Segers with expressive scores and performances by contemporary cellist and experimental composer Ernst Reijseger.

Their dance-friendly and rich mélange of rock, funk, cumbia, punk, samba, son jarocho, and klezmer complements singer La Marisoul's sunny vocals.
