Wednesday Teacher Workshops
The Getty Villa

Teachers participate in a Wednesday Teacher Workshop
 
Wednesday Teacher Workshops offer the opportunity for teachers, working in small groups, to learn about specific topics related to the Getty Villa's collection and special exhibitions. You'll learn how to create successful self-guided lesson plans and gallery activities by connecting content standards to works of art in the Villa's thematic galleries, plus techniques for teaching with original objects in the museum setting.

2009–2010 Program: Workshops cover topics in ancient art, as well as exhibitions on view at the Villa.
