This project will conclude with the adaptation of the developed backing method(s) using locally available materials to one or more of the countries participating in the MOSAIKON initiative.

This phase will include (a) identification of locally available ingredients for mortars and materials for panel reinforcement; (b) conducting basic material testing; (c) producing design charts and/or tables using the computer model; and (d) implementation of alternative backing method(s).
