Note: Exemplifies the architect's experimental work in modular design during the 1960s-1970s. His goal was to create a building by arranging a sesries of completely prefabricated units in complex configurations. Due to construction delays and budgetary constraints, rahter than being assembled of factory-made foldable modules, the building was in reality constructed primarily as a traditional fram structure; however, it retains the distinctive angular profile of the original modular concept. The interior is designed as an open plan of interlocking and weaving modular geometry. Sold in 1996 to Edward and Ewa Jakubek.
