Note: The subject is an arrangement of small-scale plaster copies of antique and modern sculptures that have been arranged on platforms draped with fabric. The copies are derived from the following well-known objects: "Dancing Faun with Clappers" and the "Wild Boar" (both Uffizi); and "Jupiter Tonans" (Louvre). Additionally, there are copies of sculptures believed to be seventeenth-century Flemish, and a medieval relief.
