Note: Mounts numbered 107, 109, and 110 support each two prints; Etcher from Verona, active in Rome; The prints depict the catafalque and funeral decorations designed by Carlo Fontana for the obsequies "in absentia" of the late king of Portugal, Pedro II, held on September 13, 1707 at the Church of Sant'Antonio dei Portoghesi in Rome; Three printmakers have signed the prints: Domenico Franceschini, Giovanni Girolamo Frezza, and Nicola Oddi; Trimmed within plate mark and glued to mounts annotated and numbered in brown ink: 103 to 111 and 78 to 86. Binding holes in the left margin of the mounts; Forms part of the Collection of festival prints, 1530-1887 (Special Collections accn. no. P910002**). Publication: [1707].
