Note: Refers to one of three loggie, colonnaded passages open to a courtyard on one side, arranged in three stories of the Vatican apostolic palace. Raphael, designed and his school painted this loggia with Roman-style grottesche, but it was repainted by Alessandro Mantovani in the second half of the 19th century.
