Gallery Course

Dining with History
Luigi Ballerini, Professor of Italian, UCLA, discusses some of the most significant cookbooks in Italian history and their social and political implications during the Renaissance. This course, which includes lectures and guided gallery tours, concludes with a tasting of sparkling wines from northern Italy. Course fee $20; tasting fee $20; limited to 60 participants.
